Transpolis is a service company created in 2011 by seven shareholders: RENAULT TRUCKS, COLAS, AIXAM (POLARIS GROUP – USA), VIBRATEC, EVE SYSTEM, ADETEL AND IFSTTAR. Its mission is to help our clients innovate in the field of urban mobility and intelligent transportation systems.
The historic shareholders’ commitment reflects their understanding of the urgent need to reinvent urban mobility solutions that anticipate future needs.
Transpolis is developing the only full-scale urban laboratory in Europe dedicated to urban mobility and innovative transport systems: a place where international operators can innovate by adopting a systemic approach to the interfaces between their different activities (vehicles, energy, networks and telecoms, road equipment, infrastructure, Internet of things, street furniture, etc.).
